Apple Potato Bread

Use the recipe provided on this site for Potato bread.

After cooking on the griddle or frying pan until brown, place a few tablespoons of stewed apple on top. Fold and serve.

Delicious! For an extra treat, add a sprinkle of cinnamon to the apples.
