I love a smoothie for breakfast. This morning I made one with a papaya (or pawpaw), a peach, a banana and some rice milk, all whizzed up together in my Magic Bullet in no time. I like to make them thick, and then eat them with a spoon. I feel more like I have "eaten" something then.
