Eliminating gluten from the diet of my 19 month old is proving to be a challenge.

I read through the ingredients on foods to make sure it doesn't contain gluten but I am discovering that it is disguised under other names.

Is there a list of names to watch out for?

I didn't realize that Rice Krispies contained gluten called malt flavouring until I visited this very helpful website. I have been giving them to him every morning with his rice milk. Help!

If anyone can shed light on what I should be watching out for I would really appreciate it.
