Decent Gluten Free Bread Wanted

by Johanne
(Calgary, AB Canada)

Last year I was diagnosed with Chrones disease and I had to go off wheat and dairy. Every so often I deviate from gluten free products, because of price and/or decent flavors.

Recently, I had a reaction and have been trying to make my own GF bread. However, I live in Calgary, AB which has high altitude. I've been finding all the breads I have tried to make are crumbly and fall apart easily. Which does not make for good sandwiches. I absolutely adore my sandwiches.

Can anyone help me for a decent gluten free bread recipe, or cheap flavourful store bought bread... HELP!

What type of rice flour do you use? And what types of yeast? Some times this can impact the bread not rising or making it dry. I grind my own flours and bake everything from scratch. if you like send me an email at livefreeglutenfree at yahoo dot com and i will send you a few of my recipes. I also do my breads in a bread machine.
I hope I can help.
