Diagnosed Coeliac Disease

Im forty two years old and I have just been diagnosed as having coeliacs disease. This has came out of left field for me because for all this time I have been eating every thing and anything.

I have had problems with my tongue for years and ulcers in the mouth. I went to a new Doctor who requested I have a blood test for this disease. I was very confident of the result so I told my wife before I went in to see the Doctor again that it was a waste of time. To my suprise she told me I was positive to this disease.

Obviously there are issues if I do not change my eating habits so can any one point me in the right direction with a full list of foods I can consume.

Im a rather big chap so I would like to lose some weight at the same time.

Can any one offer their assistance please.
