The waiter and kitchen staff were very accommodating. They carefully researched the ingredients in their products and I was able to enjoy a delicious salad with romaine, green apples, walnuts, raisins, and grilled chicken with a white balsamic vinaigrette. The staff did not seem at all put out by my concerns and were willing to alter the menu to accomodate my gluten free needs.
