fruit parfait for a gluten free breakfast

This fruit parfait makes a lovely gluten free breakfast.

I love to cut up fresh strawberries and place them in a small container with fresh blueberries and freeze them.

Then in the morning I add some gluten free lite yogurt to the container and sprinkle on gluten free rice/strawberry granola. If you are extra hungry, you can slice a banana into the whole mix. Easy to take to work in the morning too.
