Gluten Free Hotel in the Alps

I just thought I would share my exciting news with you.
My partner is a Coeliac and we have struggled over the last 4 years to go on holiday, without taking a breadmaker, the fibre mix, spagetti and dare I say even the slow cooker! I often don't mind, but the cost of luggage now is no joke.
Then I read about a Gluten Free hotel on a website called "Gluten free on the Go".
We booked immediately and have just come back from a fantastic weeks holiday. When I say fantastic, I am under estimating the break. The Gluten Free hotel caters for coeliacs and GF diets. You simply arrive and don't have to think about what you can or can't eat. Everything is gluten free.
Steve actually began to get emotional, when he realised that he didn't have to worry about food. It was such a relaxing time for us.
I simply feel that I now want to spread the word, that there are people out there who actually care about Coeliacs enough to set up a small hotel for them.
We will certainly be going there again in the spring.
I think their website is glutenfreehotel.co.uk
Check it out.
