Gluten intolerant OR not?!

by Anne McIntosh

Ever since a young child I have faced medical illnesses which have only worsened as an adult. As no doctor was able to help me I turned to a Ph.D (naturalist) for assistance.

A saliva test determined that I MAY have an intolerance for gluten. As a result I have been gluten-free for 6-8 weeks.

I would like to know if there are some other tests that determine if someone has gluten intolerance? If someone could tell me please let me know and the exact names of the tests. I would really appreciate any and all information.
