healthy breakfast

Hi am a celiac. Sometimes I found nothing to eat and some times I found very delicious food.

Usually I bake some bread at home, but I fill it with some cheese, or butter and sugar, and sometimes with dates. This breakfast is really healthy and I don't feel hungry unless 5 hours are passed.
if someone needs the recipe on how to prepare the bread I can give it to him (the flour is made from corn and rice, I usually use Schar flour )
