Did you have to go gluten free or was it a choice? I don't reccomend going gluten free if you chose to. But, if you are allergic to gluten then stay away from it.

Anyway, it's hard to loose weight on the diet. I too gained weight on it - 20 some pounds. I am finally managing to get it down.

I reccomend exercising a half hour a day, every day if possible.

Also, eat a lot of vegtables (steam fried with a little newmans oil dressing, or boiled), fruits, and meat and try to eat vegan or vegetarian 1 or 2 times a day. Beans are a wonderful supplement for meat.

For breakfast I usually have 1 gluten free waffle with 1 1/2 tablespoon of peanut butter, a glass of soy milk, a glass of OJ, half of a container of fat free yogurt, and a cup of tea.

For lunch I eat an Amy's dish with some added beans and some cooked brocoslaw, broccoli, or lima beans with half of an apple, light cran-raspberry juice, and a small desert.

For supper I will have 2 tablesoons of noodles, 3/4ths of my plate is heaped with vegtables, and an ouce or 2 ounces of meat, light cran-raspberry juice, and desert.

If all else fails, buy a puppy. I usually loose 10 pounds with a puppy just because I'm always running after it.
