I'm interviewing an expert and I need your help

by Ira J. Wooten
(Edmonton)

I'm new to this forum and I just wanted to start off by saying hi!

I'm working with a doctor that specializes on gluten intolerance and I have interview scheduled with him next week. I would like to take this opportunity to ask you what questions you would have for him. Perhaps you would like to know some natural remedies, or maybe you just want to know what is going on in your body. Remember, there are no stupid questions.

To add value to this thread and forum I will post the interview once it's done. This will also be as a thank you for helping me out. It will be a direct download link, no email, no forums to fill out. Just take it

I look forward to seeing your questions.

Brandon

Celiac and Alzheimer's
by: Anonymous

I learned I have Celiac Disease about 2 years ago. Many of my Grandparents had the same symptoms I had and I suspect they had Celiac Disease also. They were never diagnosed and ended up with Alzheimer's.

I am wondering if you know of any research linking the two diseases? I am hoping that living wheat and gluten free will help to reduce my risk of Alzheimer's if there is a connection.

I am interested in learning of any research that has been conducted with the two. Thank You!

episcleritis
by: Pat R.

My daughter is gluten intolerant and about a year and a half ago she was subjected to gluten at the Oral Hygenist. As a result she now has severe recurring episcleritis in both eyes. Is there anything that can be done to ease her problem and is this a frequent side effect of Celiac disease?

We would appreciate any information that we can get.
