Interested in gluten free ready meals?

I'm just doing a little bit of research about gluten free living.
How interested would everyone living with a gluten intolerance/celiac disease, etc. be in gluten free meal deals, such as gluten free sandwiches from Tesco/Starbucks etc?
I've noticed that these places only sell the individual meal components such as bread/pasta etc. If a specialist company were to make the meals, guaranteeing their gluten-free production, would you be more inclined to buy them for work lunches/easy meals etc?
Thanks

Back when I was a child it was impossible to find ready made gluten free bread, let alone sandwiches, Tom. You could order a form of gluten free flour by mail order, but the shops were devoid of anything "free from". As the years have gone by, I have seen the supermarket shelves fill up with, first, the basics and nowadays with a real selection of foods that I can eat,
Eating out used to be almost impossible. I got stares and open mouths when as a young mum I asked if they had anything that did not contain flour to offer me.
For me, to be able to go somewhere like starbucks and get a "Yes we do!" to my queries as to if they had anything gluten free, still feels miraculous.
The day I found a gluten free sandwich in Waitrose I could have cheered! OK, so it was prawn mayonnaise or prawn mayonnaise (i.e. no other option) but I was delighted.
I say "Bring it on!". Thank you so much for asking.
Regards,
Carol
