is flax gluten free

I have seen 'gluten free' bread made of flax on healthfood store shelf and wondered if you approve.

What do you think of yeast for people allergic to gluten?

Yes, flax is gluten free, and it is quite safe to eat on a gluten free diet. In fact it can be beneficial as a good source of fibre and omega 3. Another name for flax is linseed.

Yes, yeast is fine also, unless you have a separate intolerance to it.
