milk rice with fruits

My favorite breakfast food is rice. I cook it in lactose free milk. I add a cinnamon stick or some vanilla during the cooking so it has a nice flavor.

After the rice is thoroughly cooked, I add some fresh fruits, usually an apple or banana, and some walnuts or almonds. The fruit I add depends on the spice used during the cooking, so it's banana if I used vanilla and apple if I used cinnamon. It's very tasty and packed with vitamins and minerals :)
