New England gluten-free bakery

I've discovered a Gluten-free gem of a bakery on the New Hampshire Seacoast. It's called Buzz's Bakery and Take-out Cafe. It's by no means the biggest shop you'll have ever been to but the quality of the gluten-free food is absolutely superb! I couldn't believe just how good gluten-free could taste!

The business owner is a guy called Steve - he suffers from Celiac and also has a real passion for food. I found out that he's also really knowledgable about the whole food industry.
If you like good food and good service, then I can thoroughly recommend a visit there.

Take Rte 1 north through Hampton, at the lights at the intersection with Rte 111 in North Hampton, go straight on. The bakery is about 200yds on the right. There's a fairly big sign near the road, and the shop is set back a little ways.

Wow--wish we lived closer!

This is gluten free food that doesn't taste gluten free!

Everyone in our group loved the food, celiac or not. The kids had a turkey sandwich and a ham and swiss sandwich. They devoured them and even ate the crust. (They don't eat the crust of the Pamela's mix bread I make.)

My husband and I had the kickin chicken sandwich--a special. WOW! I never would have guess that it was gluten free. I didn't get to finish mine--the kids ate half of my sandwich after finishing theirs.

We also bought the blondies, coffee cake and a blueberry cake which were quickly eaten and I am told were delicious. This is good food for everyone!
