I am very new on this gluten free diet. Can anyone help me? What do I need to avoid right away?

I am new to it too. I have been eating gluten free completely since June.

Here is a few tips of what to avoid. Starches - like corn starch - tend to be not gluten. Check your cheeses and yogurt. Ask your pharmacist for lists of medicines that are gluten free because there are medicines out there that are not.
