After being open for about one year, two of Carla and Christine's closest friends were told that they had Celiac disease. The chefs realized how many people this disease has affected and the need for an alternative for their dining restrictions.

Determined to serve their friends their favorite meals, they set upon making a gluten free menu available. Now they boast that 90% of their menu is gluten free, with the same great taste as their regular menu! What a treat for celiacs looking for restaurants in Boston.

Nebo's stylish decor reminiscent of modern Italy, is all natural wood, chocolate suede and brick, surrounding a 120 person capacity dining area and full bar showcasing a magnificent marble top, glass shelves and plasma televisions.
