Syracuse College Student with Celiac Disease

I am a senior at Syracuse University. I was diagnosed with Celiac Disease two years ago and have had a lot of difficulty in eating/drinking in college. It's hard to always be around pizza, beer, and other junk foods.

For my senior thesis, I am researching gluten-free foods (specifically frozen foods). I am going to write a report on the gluten-free food market and really need input from other people with Celiac.
