The long road to the Mystery of Celiac

by Tracy lynn Anderson
(Johnson creek wis )

I have been in and out of tests for the last 8 years, since my galbladder was taken out. Not sure if that caused more of the symptoms to get louder or not but they did.

I was told IBS then checked out by gyno doc but he said, "No. Its a upper GI problem."

Finally, after many years of pain, I got the news a month ago. I have celiac disease. I may have had it my whole life, due to when a baby I had horrible colic and at age 4 was in hospital for constipation. Makes me really wonder.

I've taken the news ok, but at times get upset for all the foods and consistencies I will not ever be able to eat again (or pay the price of more damage and pain and higher chance for upper GI cancers).

I also have suffered from Depression my WHOLE LIFE. It would wax and wain thru life, maybe tied to all the so called good food that was poisioning me and my not getting any B12 or B6 for good over all MOODS.

Now reading 1 out of 133 have this, pay attenion to YOUR BODY It will scream for you to listen and get the upper GI test done as soon as you can.

It will save so much pain and suffering and quesions of what is wrong.
