Warm Rice Cereal
What I do is cook some rice the night before and refrigerate it. When I am ready for breakfast I just put some rice in a cereal bowl, put some gluten free sugar substitute on it, a dab of gluten free butter or margarine and milk to cover(assuming you are not lactose intolerant). I pop it in the microwave for 1 1/2 to 2 minutes (might take a little longer depending on how warm you want it) and you have some warm rice cereal for breakfast. I LOVE this for breakfast!!!! It is good for you, fairly low in calories AND Gluten FREE!
