still unsure

I am 41 years old and have been having stomach problems since about 12. Over past year the symptoms have worsened, including swelling in the upper abdomen each time I eat, and this has been accompanied by burning, cramping, constipation, nausea, and fatigue.

I have had lab work and an EGD, which were both negative for celiac. Have had gallbladder removed due to gallstones. I have been attempting a gluten free diet for about two months and have seen great improvement with the cramping but the swelling still persist..... anyone have any ideas?

Oh how I feel your pain. Same thing for me and it seems to run in my family.

I thought by eating healthy it would help but alot of the fruits and veggies I eat cause bloating along with drinking out of a water bottle.

I do have IBS which doesnt help me. Vitamin B-12 bloats. Its geting easier to keep track of food that doesnt bother me these days.

Exercise helps somewhat... when I can do it. I am about 25 lbs over weight and dont want it to be more than that... if you get any more info let me know please.

Doctors havent helped me yet either I am just so tired of it but I will continue to look online.
