Trying to eat gluten free but can't tolerate potato frustration
I am trying to follow the fODMAP diet more closely to help with IBS.
I already avoid lactose.
Going gluten free is helping but am having trouble finding alternative flour mixes or good recipes for baking as I cannot eat potatoes. Nearly all recipes and commercial products such as Doves farm flour contain potato. Does anyone know of a reasonably priced alternative?
I cannot have any flours made from beans or other legumes either. Plus I cannot eat yeast.
